Skyfire Beta 2 now available

I got a demo from a colleague of the Skyfire Mobile Browser which is now in Beta 2.  It's very impressive!   

Unfortunately as I'm outside of the US I can't sign up for the beta :(

But if you are in the US you can sign up for the Beta Here.

    So why is it MS with all its resources can't develop browser like that and still stuck with outdated PIE over 10 years already?

    My guess is based on the way the pages are rendered when you pan around, is that all activity in Skyfire is proxied through their servers and formatted for the browser. Imagine if M$ were to do that. Although I would like to see the skyfire team comment on this as well.

    Additionally, skyfire.com currently does not have a release date for Beta 2 yet. I have been testing since phase 1 and have received no information on a release of beta 2? perhaps you got your hands on a pre-release?
