LKG smoke testing

We choose not to create a Gibraltar run last night. We didn't want to use up the VC team's machines on a build of unknown quality. Although it looks like this might be a good build. Last night's builds ran without fail for all 3 platforms. And this morning we kicked off the layout build at 5:45 AM. Thankfully Curtis gets up super early otherwise I might have had to do it. Anyhow, it completed in just 1 hour and 45 minutes. Much faster than it has in the past; although this time we didn't do any CABing. Installs are going now on about 10 machines thanks to Mike Johnson. We should have results later today. If all goes well we can start a Gibraltar run tonight. We already confirmed with Dawn that VC has enough machines available in their pool to accommodate both the LKG build and in the box work.

In other good news we might be able to meet all of our goals for M3! Jeff told me that he had looked over the time line and if all goes well with this smoke testing then we will still be on time for the M3 milestone. I could have sworn we were not going to make this. We had so many discussions about when the last possible day would be and what our contingency plans are. At least now we probably won't need them.
