Consultant Development

These consultants will work with  partners to assist customers in:

× The delivery of high quality engagements around  application platform and development;  technologies and products into diverse client environments leveraging available IP and following defined delivery methodologies and service offerings

× Architecture, design and development of an integrated solution

× Technology assessments, prototyping, conducting application design reviews, performance benchmarks, code reviews, and porting/migration assistance

× Understand the infrastructure and operations implications of the designed/developed solution

Core competencies include:

a)            Strong development skills in VB.Net and/or C#

b)            Deep technical/product knowledge in specialization areas

c)            Application of various application design and development patterns

d)            Project leadership

e)            Strong communication skills

f)             Passion for the customer which is demonstrated through professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of the customer experience

g)            MCSD certification with a specialization in their area of technical focus
