For several years I’ve been a happy user of ‘Search and Replace’ tool by Funduc Software , Inc. The other day I decided to check their web site to see what kind of other goodies they offer, and they have quite a few now -- some are shareware (very reasonably priced) and some are freeware.

    I can also recommend Search and Replace by Funduc. It's an extremely simple tool with a simple user interface. I am sure every developer could write one for themselves, but somehow Microsoft never managed to get something like this built into Windows.
