Gone Podcastin' - New Podcasts on 10G Networking with Longhorn and IPsec Interop
Checkout these two recent podcasts:
Server and Domain Isolation with Fernando Cima (MSFT Brazil)
This podcast is from Port 25 which is run by the gang over in Microsoft's Open Software Labs. Fernando is a member of the Security Center of Excellence and one of the developers of a new Server and Domain Isolation services offering that will be available soon from Microsoft Services (MCS).It features info on how Fernando and team developed new guidance around IPsec interop between Windows and non-Windows platforms, like Solaris, Mac OSX and Linux.
If you happen to be attending the Worldwide Partner Conference in Boston this week, Fernando and I are delivering a session about this new Service Kit on Thursday:
SEC006 Creating New Services Opportunities with Server and Domain Isolation
Podcasts: Microsoft and Sun groom their OSes for 10 Gig
The second podcast comes by way of an interview I did with Oliver Rist and Brian Chee of InfoWorld on the subject of getting ready for 10 Gig networking and how we are advancing Windows Server to do so. I talk about a lot of the enhancements coming in Windows Server "Longhorn" platform networking as well as the recently released Scalable Networking Pack for Windows Server 2003.
Well, it's time to finish up for the day and getting ready for my flight out to Boston for the Partner Conference.
