Correct mistakes using Print Preview Edit Mode in Word 2010
If you find you spend a lot of time switching between editing and the default print preview in the Print pane, Word 2010 has a hidden Print Preview Edit Mode you should try.
First, you'll need to add it to the Quick Access Toolbar so you can find it quickly when you need it. Click the down arrow next to the toolbar and choose More Commands:
Now go to All Commands, select Print Preview Edit Mode, and click Add and then OK:
Now there's a new button on your Quick Access Toolbar. Click it to access Print Preview Edit Mode:
You'll have a new Ribbon to work with:
To edit, you'll need to uncheck the box for Magnifier, and then click the 100% button to zoom in for better readability.
You won't be able to do complex editing; if you need to add a table or page break, or adjust your formatting, just click the Close Print Preview button on the far right to get back to standard editing mode. But if you're done editing and ready to print, click the Print Preview and Print button on the left or simply tap Ctrl-P.

This is a terrific feature - one that will help me with all the documents I have to proof for staff. Is there a way to change the icon as I also like having the Print Preview and Print button in my Quick Start menu as I use that frequently as well.
