Now that they have evidence of this, exactly what kind of payment should this woman make to Wendy's to help fix their brand image (assuming due process , etcetera)? And what should Wendy's do? Maybe have a chicken finger value meal.

    Well, the current Free Frosty promotion seems like a good idea, one that is geared toward current/former customers.

    As for the woman, I suppose she could make restitution from her earnings. What do they pay for stamping license plates these days?
