MSN tells you to play video games at work

Go ahead, it's good for you.

Just have this link to the Pause2Play initiative availble for when your boss catches you. The doctor told me to.

lol Let's see if anyone who tries to use this can get away with it.

Personally, on my time-out's I hate staying in front of a PC. But if I do, I like to listen to music. If only gaming and music were integrated... hmm, idea! A game (like Tetris) that speeds up and slows down based on the music that’s playing. Going from Usher to U2 to techno would be interesting. The objective? Stay alive as long as possible.

Blog reading & commenting can also be a great stress reliever. Anyway, now I shall get back to offline life.

Oh thanks Heather, just when I've kicked my Bejeweled 2 addiction and have been good for several months, you go and introduce me to a whole site full of games.

Yes these games are a good for blowing off steam for a few minutes but with my type A personality I keep wanting to do better (and better and better and...) so I'm not so sure about the stress relief.

Why don't I devote the first half of tomorrow's work day to finding out if it works and get back to you.  ;)

I go outside and play in the creek when I need time off.  At my desk is an iPod nano, a mac to make my digitial life, like email, surfing easier ( not to start a flame war heather! , I program in VS2005)

My favorite thing to do at work , is joke around with my fellow coworkers.  Being goofy has its privelages... like days go by fast.

I agree entirely! We've been trying to come up with better ideas how to keep the fun alive around our office which is, like most, fairly stressful. The first thing I'd suggest is taking lunch away from the desk. We're still getting over that hurdle. So, maybe this is a good brain break starter. (I also remember hearing that factory workers who take nap breaks have fewer accidents and higher productivity.) Thanks for the pass along!

yeah, that's one of the reasons I go to the gym a couple times a week during the day. It makes for a longer day (because I go back and lock in afterward), but it's nice to break it up and get out.

All of us at one point have played a game, whether it is a board game or a computer game.  We all...

The "HDX4 Player" consists of the powerful HDX4 decoder and a video player which can not only playback MPEG4 videos but also a great number of common audio and video files. After having installed the player you will not only be able to play MPEG4 files but also be able to play and open other container formats like MP4 as well as audio tracks encoded in MPEG-1 Layer 2, Ogg, AAC or AMR.
