Wow...Scott haven't heard from you in a while and when we do...sassy! ; ) Please send me the e-mail address of anyone who reports to you. I can at least tell them what not to say during football season and your preference for flight seating.

Oh, believe me, they know.  And anything that I don't rant about on my blog they hear about...and that's not a trivial amount of ranting!

You can stop by my blog too Miss Know it All, two way street! :)

Yes, it definitely pays to be nice to your employees.

One day a friend of mine and I went to a drive-in restaurant.  Mind you it was lunch time so it was pretty busy. There were probably a total of 5 servers working. Our server greeted us (she was very nice, cheerful), took our order, when back to the order area to drop it off, and proceeded to walk off the job with the rest of the servers and two others (which we believe were the cooks). The owners ran out of the restaurant yelling at the departing employees and then informed all of us customers they were closing immediately as they had no staff. What a lunch :P
