As much as I'd like to avoid Al Roker...

I'm not sure I can justify this as an addition to my collection of coffee makers. Though I have to say, that finding Al Roker as unfunny as I do, I could consider this a morning annoyance avoidance device. I liked him better when he didn't try to be funny...because he's not.

I don't know, even though the coffee maker is much, much funnier than Al Roker, I'm not sure it warrants $200. Do you?

Hmm, that depends. My cuisinart was $149 on sale...not that much difference. It would at least have to be as good as the cuisinart. I guess I would agree though that it would have to do something else to make it worth it. Maybe if it can take the weather data and pick a cute and weather appropriate outfit from my closet. That might do the trick.

Since I'm not a huge coffee fan, this gadget would be a bad investment in the first place. But a magnet with the weather forecast (as suggested by the link) would be pretty cool... I'm all about new and improved things - but what about the refrigerators with the TV screens built in? What's THAT about?! Having to put up with Al Roker's unfunny antics is about as entertaining as following the latest news on Paris Hilton. (yawn) I could go the rest of my life without the unnecessary interruptions.
