Nicolas Carr is right about Google's innovation being overhyped. Just like my employer (Microsoft), they innovate, acquire and embrace.

    Uh, how about .Mac, which was offering virtual storage back in 2000 under the name iTools?

    Ted, that's right. I believe it's actually mentioned in the article. Wasn't it a paying model except for the first 100mb?
