The Cloud Isn't the Answer

I know, I know . . . those are fighting words for many, especially Zach Nelson from Netsuite.  I recently read an article that really hit home with me and provided some sanity.  It is the best advice I've seen regarding technology implementation in a long time.  It's the old adage . . . define your problem before you try to solve it.
