    This works in all versions if you go to setup>Named printers and when it asks for a printer, hit cancel, the in the Assign Printers window, change the printer selection to manual but don't specify the printer.

    Is there a way to not print at all? After I post I have to print at least 1 page.  I have no use for the reports, etc. yet can't find where to shut off the printer.

    Are you referring to Posting Reports?  With the documents you can chose to print all reports, specific report or none.
