What is in store for FY09 :-)? Here some early thoughts......
Currently I am looking into what is coming up in the new FY which started on July 1st. It seems I will work on .NET 3.5 SP1 and VSTS "Rosario" as the main technology as well as SQL 2008, WPF, and Silverlight as secondary focus. This means you will see more postings from myself on those topics in the next weeks and months.....
In addition to that I am planning on providing information of the Patterns and Practices group that is related to ISVs and add value by relating it to the problems I experience working with managed ISVs. This certainly also means that I stay active in the Software Factories community since the new wave of SF 2.0 is closely related to the Blueprints coming out of the P&P group.
I am also working to finalizing a few presentations, one for Dr. Dobbs's Architecture and Design World 2008 (https://www.drdobbsarchworld.com/), where I will present on July 24th and another one for a Microsoft internal conference, TechReady7.
Alright, have to go and work on my commitments.........
