Q:  If I use OWA at a kiosk, what data is cached on the client?

A:  All OWA user data except attachments are sent with a no cache directive so that the browser shouldn’t cache anything.  Non-user data like gifs and scripts are cached.  To prevent downloading of attachments you can block them by following the direction in 823486 Administrative and Registry Key Settings for Exchange Server 2003

Q:  I can’t get “change password “ to work through OWA 2003.  What should I do?

A:  First see if URLSCAN is installed on the Front End Server.  If it is remove the .HTR from the [DenyExtensions] section of the urlscan.ini.  Otherwise take a look at the articles below:

Q:  Which Message size limits take priority: Global limits or the individual mailbox limits?

A:  Generally the smaller limit will override the others.

Q:  Can I change my Organization name?

A:  No, you can change the Display Name if you would like to though.  In order to change the Display Name you will have to install another Organization and migrate the mailboxes to the new Org.
