Pocket PC Phone Edition Themes versus Smart Phone Themes

So I've been seeking themes for my today screen for my Pocket PC Phone Edition cell phone and I have been having the darndest time with getting mixed up with Smart Phone themes.  I stumbled upon this site which is an excellent resource for Pocket PC Phone Edition Themes (they have around 95,000 themes!!!)... now if only I could fix the security policy on my phone so I don't have to enter a password every time I turn it on... oh, and fix my activesync issues...  Does anyone know how to hack WM Phones so that they disregard mail policies?
