Wonderful WPF App : RIPT

I had a coffee with Tim Sneath today.

It was good to catch up. He told me lots of things, and he gave me a demo of a really cool WPF app call RIPT.

Since I am always on the lookout for WPF apps, I had to download it and it is really really sweet.

Organize your thoughts, tasks, inspirations, ambitions and so much more.

If you’ve ever made a list, torn a page from a magazine or bookmarked a Web page “for future reference,” Ript is the tool for you. It puts the “fun” back in functionality, so you can get more done, in less time… with less stress.

Rip just about anything.

Part scrapbook, part “to-do” list (or to-buy list), Ript mimics the actions of ripping, piling and arranging scraps of information. If you can see it on your computer, you can “rip” it. Simply drag and drop images and text from the internet or your computer and arrange them however you please — making it easy to compile, print and share your handiwork.

Useful and looks good too - what a combination

Nice! Downloaded and installed. Read user guide and played with it. I do really like what you can do with WPF, wonder if it'll be used in commercial applications.

nice find Frank....Maybe I should add a "ripped" node style to thoughtex? Great to see WPF being used so nicely.
