Big week this week.

Lots of folks are stressing out.

Me, I'm reminising...

• When we launched Windows 95, I was in Redmond amongst all of the carnival atmosphere, complete with Jay Leno.
• When we launched Windows 2000, we had a big event at Sydney's Hordern Pavilion or was it the Royal Hall of Industries  - and I was stuck at home after badly twisting my ankle (I still have the crutches somewhere in my garage)
• When we launched Windows XP in 2001, it was a huge event at the Sydney Superdome, Rove hosted and Bardot performed, and I was in Los Angeles attending PDC 2001 (where we released the .NET My Services SDK technology preview)

I'm going to be part of the Windows Vista and Microsoft Office 2007 Consumer Media Launch this Tuesday. I have a couple of roles on the day and I am looking forward to the hustle and bustle of it all. 

I wonder what surprises we will have in store.
