Team Update : New Look

3 new people (Nick, Michael, Scott) have all started in the past few weeks and they are all getting used to life at Microsoft.

A bunch of them have headed over to Seattle for a week of technical training.

So, this is what the team looks like now - Anna, Nils and David Sajfar don't directly to me any more, so I will only have 15 direct reports!
