Well, thanks to an email from senior developer Justin Adler, I found out "it's another 100% ASP.Net C# site using MapPoint web services and MS Ajax, SqlServer etc.. ... all made in Melbourne, Australia :) Go Aussies!"

Now Justin, I can't wait for the release that uses Virtual Earth.
