K-JAM, Microsoft Voice Command, Bluetooth Headset and a registry hack

I scored a Bluetooth headset for Christmas from my kids (seems they were tired of me always getting caught talking on my phone while driving) for use with my K-JAM

So, I installed Microsoft Voice Command, applied a little registry hack magic (thanks to Darryl Burling for creating a handy little app which does this) and voila.

It works like a dream! Now my new headset works with Voice Command AND I can route any audio to the headset too, which is perfect for listening to music or podcasts.

There are heaps of other hints, tips and hacks available, which I will be investigating soon. It's a really handy wiki.

Obviously this doesn't work for pre WM5.0. I can't get the whole path into the registry as stated on Win2003 PPC Phone Ed. <shrug>

    Sorry Dave :(

I have only looked at it for my KJAM which is a Windows Mobile 5 device. I assume it is only valid for WM5

Sorry Frank, me again. One more thing. Can you set it so an incoming call will auto-answer handsfree on your BT earpiece without pressing a button either on the K-Jam or the earpiece?

    Thanks again, Dave
