Children & Blogs @ School

My son Billy, who is in Grade 5, has invited me to speak at his school today about blogging. His class teacher (Mrs Thornton) is so excited about this, she has invited children from other classes to be part of the session. Billy will be interviewing me and he promises to post the questions on his blog. I am going to get them to use Blogger. I hope there will be a few kids signing up following this session.

So, the question about do kids blog is a resounding YES!

    Just remember to have them get permission from a parent or guardian. Not to discourage blogging from kids, but you may even want to have a pamphlet they can take home to their parents on how to share the experience with their kids and safe parenting on the internet.
