CeBIT 2007 comes to Sydney, and unveils the BloggerZone
CeBIT opens next week in Sydney -I know because I had about a dozen phone calls and countless emails from different companies during the week inviting me to different events or conferences they are running in conjunction.
One invite however intrigued me, regarding the CeBIT Blogger Zone. It came from my good buddy Hugo "Tablet MVP" Ortega.
BloggerZone is an initiative of Gilad Greenbaum, who designed and run the digital platform in CeBIT Australia this year.
Hannover Fairs Australia, the organizer of CeBIT Australia has agreed to provide tech bloggers with precious floor space and furnish it with a very cool set-up. BloggerZone is located in Hall 3, near the e-Marketing and New Media area.
Our BloggerZone sponsors are looking after Aussie and International tech bloggers community - WiredSky has provided wireless network, Lenovo Australia has kindly given us State-of-the-art Lenovo and ThinkPad laptops, Panasonic placed a huge TV for the show visitors to view the BloggerZone.com.au website, read posts and watch videos produced by bloggers. WalletFlash.com.au is giving away very cool flash memory cards, and bloggers who will visit bloggerZone will find out the freebies does not end up here.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our sponsors for the support of independent community that shares the passion of blogging.
Hugo Ortega, CeBIT Australia veteran blogger, has played a key role in putting it all together. Thank you Hugo for world class work once again!
I've registered and look forward to seeing what comes from this.
