A Keyboard In The Mail for Frank
I went to my mailslot today to collect my mail.
There was a HUGE parcel in it.
It was addressed to "Frank".
Hmmmm - present?
I opened it up and it was a keyboard.
Weird.
There was a note which included a phone number.
I called the number and asked the guy why he had sent me a keyboard.
Apparently he was talking to "Frank" at Microsoft earlier in the week and "Frank" told him to send it to him.
Now, I wasn't that "Frank". But I've now got a busted keyboard which I need to get fixed for some guy.
Time to hit the address book and work out who is the right "Frank".

wouldn't it be cheaper to just send him a new Keyboard... ... production cost of a new keyboard around $100 ... cost of a technician per hour $130.Anonymous
