INTRODUCTION

On a Windows 7-based computer, when you attempt to change channels in Windows Media Center using the Hot key function, channels may not change as expected. Using the Program Guide to change channels does work as expected.

    I am trying to install Microsoft Office 2010 software and I am getting an error 1935 and I cannot fit it.  I have already tried to fix it by the instructions and cannot fix it.  Can you fix it for me?
