    WOrds jump everywhere, I have ran Antivirus in Safe Mode, then tried to update all drivers. Its NOT getting fixed. What to do? Please send me a Solution.

    My computer is doing the same thing it was doing before I purchased the fix it. IT FREEZES UP AND TURNS INTO THE HOUR GLASS AND I MUST WAIT FOR SOMETIMES 10 MINUTES BEFORE I CAN USEN IT AGAIN.AS SOON AS I GET BACK ON, IT DOES IT AGAIN. Can you please help??
