We just released another Fix it Knowledge Base (KB) article. This Fix it enables the "Read as Plain Text" feature described in KB 307594.

    I am unable to open my mail in Outlook Express 6, I click on the envelope, it brings up "READ MAIL", I click on it and nothing happens! I have Office 2007, and using XP Home! Thanking You in Advance Kenn mcclinski53@comcast.net 772-708-8875

    Have a Windows XP 2007 using Explorer 8.I am unable to send anything with my mail in Outlook Express 6.I try to send emails, they come back,(error in server)Some error at the Outlook Express. Can U Help me to fix it. Tried fix it live and sez not compatible with my system
