clip_image002 The Ref field is updated incorrectly when you print a Word 2007 document

We just released another Fix it Knowledge Base (KB) article. This Fix it addresses the following scenario:

When you:

  • Insert a cross-reference into a Microsoft Office Word 2007 document.
  • Update the cross-reference, a revision occurs in the value of the Ref field.

The Ref field is updated incorrectly when you print the Word 2007 document. Therefore, the revision in the cross-reference disappears.

    I really don't know whats going on it has deleted my printer program and Microsoft word and much more from my computer I need to know how could this happen
