Fix "c:Programme" access denied problem on Vista/Win7

clip_image002 You cannot open the "C:\Programme" folder in the German version of Windows Vista or Windows 7 Beta

In the German version of Windows Vista or Windows 7 Beta, when you type "C:\Programme" in the address bar and then press Enter, you will receive an access denied message that resembles the following:

Auf C:\Programme kann nicht zugegriffen werden.
Zugriff verweigert
