Greetings Margie, Please ensure you have the latest printer drivers from your manufacturer. Unless you are getting Print Spooler errors the issue is with the printer or the printer drivers. For problems with the printer including blinking error lights/messages, printing odd characters, paper jam/feed issues, and ink/toner questions the manufacturer can help you with this. /SteveAnonymous

kozyaud, Thank you for your feedback. When you mentioned you were still having the issue do you mean the Fix it failed to run or it failed to resolve your issue? If the Fix it failed to run please provide us any error messages or details about the failure. You may do this by the following steps.
- Select Start > All Programs > Accessories and select Command Prompt.. In the command prompt type the following commands (without the quotes).
- “cd /d %userprofile%desktop”
- “dir %systemroot%system32spoolprinters > PrintJobs.txt” The above command will create a text file on your desktop named “PrintJobs.txt.” Please send us this file (fixit4me@microsoft.com, put ATTN STEVE in the subject). If you need immediate assistance please feel free to use the “Get Help Now” link in the top right corner of our Fix it page (http://support.microsoft.com/fixit). My printer will not come on. It is plugged into power. I have clicked the "on" button repeatedly. I have sent print jobs to the printer. Usually it comes on by itself, but it will do nothing. I have tried unplugging the USB cord from the back and replugging, unplugging the electrical plug and plugging it in again. Is there a reset button? (HP Deskjet D1320) Please suggest a solution. ThanksAnonymous

My printer got a paper jam. I removed the paper but now it will not run. I deleted the print jobs. It will not print and says the door is open. I have slammed the door over and over and held the power button off to try and start it as I was told one time before. It still says "Door open" and will not print.Anonymous
