Insanely great

SteveJobs

I've never owned an Apple product; I haven't written Mac software professionally since working on the Mac version of Visual Basic briefly in 1994. Nevertheless, Steve Jobs inspired me every day. Wanting to make "insanely great" technology is one thing. Having someone prove, over and over again, that the insanely great is actually within our grasp is another thing entirely. Thank you, Steve.

It is nice to see how insignificant company limits become when the time to honour an "insanely great" man comes.

I appreciate how we, regardless of our differences, recognize the impact Steve made in the world.  Most of us can only dream to leave such a legacy.

I, myself, wonder in how my generation will ever live up to these guys.  I still listen to the video of Steve and Bill together at D9.  My greatest fear is that Facebook is all we have to offer.  That and Angry Birds.
