Solution Profiler
Hi, for those of you with applications/solutions ready to go! This is a great tool for generating leads through the Microsoft Network.
By simply entering your solutions via a step-by-step online tool, you’ll be listed on customer-facing search engines throughout Microsoft.
Why Profile?
Solution Profiler is an intelligent online directory which increases your visibility to a broader customer base, working to gain you extra sale leads at no extra cost! This tool will become the main way for customers to discover Microsoft Partners.
The customer facing Solution Finder Tool (where the customer searches for your solutions) receives over 100,000 unique visits a month, in May over 6000 of those visits have been from the UK. That is an impressive number of potential leads considering there are only around 2,000 UK solutions in the solution profiler tool at the moment. Information entered into the Partner Solution Profiler is being dispatched to a variety of Microsoft customer-facing Web sites, helping you to generate more effective leads. It has been launched on more than 50 Microsoft websites, including on the Microsoft.co.uk site, Microsoft People Ready Home Page, and Customer Campaign pages (soon to be launched on all UK segment/product group sites).
How to Profile?
It’s important to create quality profiles. There are ISV partner templates and a tips document to assist you with profiling on www.microsoft.com/uk/partner/profiler. By following the tips document you will create a strong profile. Creating multiple profiles for each solution your company offers increases your visibility across the Microsoft sites. So detail your solutions one at a time, not your company profile.
