Step by step to uninstall the Dynamics CRM Outlook Client successfully
Uninstall Outlook Client manual
1. Uninstall all CRM and SQL Server (if exist) components from Add or Remove Programs.
2. Delete following folders:
Note: Run the Windows Explorer as Administrator. If it says any files are in use and does not let you delete the folder, click Start > Run, type services.msc and click OK. Stop any SQL services that are running, and then delete the folder.
• C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server
• C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server Compact Edition
• %Appdata%\Local\Microsoft\MSCRM
• %Appdata%\Roaming\Microsoft\MSCRM
3. Click Start > Run, type regedit , and then click OK.
Important: Make sure to take a backup of your registry before applying any changes.
4. Delete all of these keys that still exist:
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 for Microsoft Office Outlook
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MSCRM
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MSCRMClient
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MSCRMMsgStore
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MSCRMIntegration
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\crmaddin.RibbonAddin
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\MSCRM
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\MSCRMClient
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \Software\Microsoft\MSCRMIntegration
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\crmaddin.Addin
5. Use the Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter to remove any residues

Remove both of these entries:
• (All Users) Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 English (United States) Language Pack
• (All Users) Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 for Microsoft Office Outlook
6. Restart the computer.
7. Download and reinstall Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 for Office Outlook

if you are trying to upgrade CRM to a newer version Using tools like SCCM. The HKCU CRM registry keys must be elimnated prior to luanching outlook for the first time withthhe updated CRM. CRM will not auto configure to a new CRM server with these keys present from the older installation. You may need a script to parse thru all user hive to remove these keys if using SCCM.Anonymous

Most users, at least at my organization, don't have additional SQL Server usage requirements. If I was removing this from a developer or BI analyst's machine, I would have to find a way around the uninstall/reinstall issues related to SQL Server. Luckily, we don't require anyone with this type of need to install CRM for Outlook.Anonymous
