I am thrilled to announce the all new series “Inside apps for Office and SharePoint” on Channel 9. For your viewing pleasure, we have a three-part inaugural video set to kick off the series. This video set introduces you to the whole new concept of building apps for Office and SharePoint 2013 using the standard web technologies that you know and love. As will hold true with additional videos in the future, we’ve interviewed those that are building the products so you will hear first-hand from the experts.
It’s truly an exciting time for those that want to develop a whole new class of productivity solutions on Office and SharePoint 2013. And once developed, your apps can be submitted/published to the Office Store (now in Beta) on Office.com. Since apps for Office and SharePoint are available from the store to multiple millions of Office users and hundreds of thousands of Office 365 users – all I can say is, WOW!! So take a look at these videos and get started building apps for Office and SharePoint.
