This issue in particular is devoted to the fact of being architects and what that implicates, role responsibilities, accountabilities, skills, etc. We selected an assortment of articles from the outstanding answer that our call for paper received (what? didn't you know that we regularly set a call for papers? Don't miss the next one, so)

But it does not end there: your may also ask your questions around the role (based on your own day by day), or share your experience playing this role to your colleagues. In order to do so, we just launched an Architect Role "ad hoc" forum on MSDN
