Using Microsoft Cognitive Services Face and Emotions API
Abstract:
Microsoft Cognitive Services enables Developers to easily integrate Artificial Intelligence to their own app without having any knowledge of Machine Learning or being a Data Scientist. We have a lot of documentation that covers how this can be used using .NET but many Developers/Researchers who want to use it in their project have always been quizzical how they can use these APIs using Python. So in this session we will see how we can build an intelligent application using Python and wxPython as the GUI toolkit to leverage Face and Emotions APIs

Bindesh Vijayan works with Microsoft as a Support Escalation Engineer with the Developer Support Group.
He has 12 years of experience working for MNCs like Infosys, Accenture, SAP and Microsoft in various capacities of Software Development. He has been Consultant to many startups and helped them build their products including having his own startup.
In his current role at Microsoft, he concentrates on .NET, Data Access and Cognitive Services.
