Need help with OneNote 2010? Have a bug with the OneNote 2010 beta?

We wanted to let you know that we are listening to all of the great feedback you all have been sending us on the OneNote 2010 beta.  Right now we are looking at feedback through the following channels:

    Is there anywhere that I can go to learn whether or not there are extensibility (e.g. plugins) enhancements for OneNote2010

    I don't think this is a bug with OneNote (though I can't be sure, but no-one else seems to be having this problem), and I think maybe I'm just missing something obvious... Either way, I can't seem to modify the pen choices at all. And they are not grayed out, I can select them just fine. But I seem to be limited to what are the defaults (black, blue, green, red) and the associated thicknesses. For some reason I can't figure out how to "customize the current pen", like I could in 2007. When I select the "shape properties"/"colour and thickness" changer thing, I can select any colour and thickness, but it doesn't change anything with the pen. Do I need to "create" a new pen to use? If so, how do I do so? Aside from this one little thing (which yes, has been very frustrating) I am very much enjoying the 2010 additions... Great work!

    The black theme has inconsistent colouring in OneNote 2010 beta. Should do something about that, and maybe make the black, more black.

    I am liking OneNote 2010 better than previous versions which I have found a little cumbersome to navigate.

    I am trying to find out if there is an SDK / developer's notes on Onenote .... I would really like to write some additional integration myself and cannot seem to find anything.

    I have created a training manual in OneNote for my staff to use.  My question is that when I create pages in OneNote is there anyway to protect the data so my staff can read but not make edits to it?

    is there a way where after i create a page i can chagne the style, i know there are templates that i can use when creating a new page, but what about changing they style of the page after you create it ?

    I really liked using the OneNote printout manager that you created as a powertoy for 2007. Is there a similar way to manage printouts in 2010? I mainly like the ability to increase and decrease page sizes seamlessly. Thank you!

    I second the first poster. There is no mentioned of an SDK/API/Plugins/Extensions anywhere. Will there be one?

    hi, daniel, can i ask, why does microsoft remove the 'live session' feature? it 's a very useful feature which our company uses every day. the sharenotebook isn't that convenient. and it's not real-time update. looking forward to your reply.

    Yea I'd like to know why they got rid of the Live Session feature too!   It was extremely useful and  used ALL the time!

    This is an old post, I know, but I have the same issue as ashley when trying to open a document from a Sharepoint server with the latest version of OneNote2010.  It churns, then says "Opening" followed by a "OnenNote must be online to complete this operation." Sync status is online.  And no problems opening/sharing via Skydrive.

    Would love for OneNote's categories to be synced (or have the option of being synced) with MS Outlook's.

    This is definitely a Bug with OneNote 2010. When i disable the "Microsoft OneNote Quick Launcher" in the Startup tab of Task Manager, my Notebook PC running Windows 8.1 ceases to load Windows when i next turn it on. It is just left hanging at the login screen and requires a Hard shutdown.
