Bravo Steve Jobs!

I just read on Digital Media Thoughts about a kid who was killed because he had an iPod (whether this was what the attackers wanted is not clear) and - surprise! - the boys father received a consoling phone call from Steve Jobs!

It guts me to think that people think their needs/wants are big enough to take the life of another human being, but it is great to see some one at Steve Jobs level get involved in the hearts of customers in this way. 

Nice one Steve!

  Instead of applauding Jobs, what about getting the LH out and writing juicy or even dry details about design decisions etc.
