Problems with IE9 Performance-Here Is The Solution
My colleague and friend, Jim O’Neil did a post on an issue he and others were facing with IE 9 performance. I want to share so you can tweak your machine to get the best performance possible out of IE 9.
“Like many, I installed IE9 today (on two machines, actually). I went right away to the Beauty of the Web to check out some of the cool sites and games that people have been developing with HTML 5, CSS3, and other features of IE9 in mind. One machine worked great; the other was rather sluggish on the Firework Interactive Video and downright dismal on Jitterbugs. So what gives?” …
I do not want to steal Jim’s thunder so please go to Jim’s blog post for the details.

Try running IE 9 as administrator. Right mouse click on the ie 9 icon and select run as administrator. Cleared a lot of problems for me such as links not opening up a new window, etc.Anonymous

I installed it 6 months ago and after a week I reverted back to 8, because I had so many problems I was spending all my time looking for solutions to everything that was going wrong. I recommend leave it a year, I found that anything from Microsoft needs a year min to sort out the bugs, this advice will save you a lot of time and heart ach. Kind regards CliveAnonymous

Turn off the stupid UAC and your issue will be solved if it goes away with the run as admin option..
