MP Re-release - DHCP 2000/2003 for OpsMgr07 (Version 6.0.5000.41)

The DHCP MP has been refreshed to correct a further problem in the DHCP 2000 Scope Monitoring script. This should prevent script errors in both the 2003 and 2000 Scope Monitoring script.
