Windows 8.1 Resources
I have been running the preview of Windows 8.1 on my Surface RT machine as well as my primary desktop at home for a few weeks now. There are some interesting and very nice changes that go well beyond just adding a “Start” button. One of the big questions is around applications that were developed for the Modern UI on Windows 8 and how they might be impacted by upgrading or migrating to Windows 8.1.
