SCSM 2012: Management Servers might not reconnect to SQL after a SQL outage

Kevin Holman blogged about this issue for SCOM 2012 but many of our customers don’t know that it is also applicable to SCSM 2012 as well. It is one of the most frequent issues we find in our SCSM RAP as a Service offering here in Microsoft.
