Welcome to my ISA/TMG/UAG Blog

My name is Brett Crane and I work for Microsoft as a Senior Support Escalation Engineer for the Security team. Prior to moving to the Security team I was a Support Escalation Engineer for the Network Teams and specialized in Remote Desktop Gateway Services. The products I currently support are Internet Security and Acceleration Server (ISA) , Forefront Threat Management Gateway (TMG), and Forefront Unified Access Gateway (UAG). In Security we like to refer to these as our "Edge" products since they usually sit on the edge of a company's network. In the coming months I will be posting blogs that I hope will be useful to those that configure and support our Edge products.
