Moving over to the Microsoft GitHub organisation

Good news! We’ve been asked to join the Microsoft GitHub organisation. and today marks the day of the move. All our tools, samples and blog posts have a new location from now. We already started updating outdated links, but we might have missed a link (or two). If you found a dead end, let us know!
