spool.fm - an imeem competitor?

I've gotten completely addicted to imeem. Its like, teh awesomes. So spool.fm has come along, looking an awful lot like imeem. I really don't know how they're trying to be different, feature-wise. But oh well, choice for consumers is a good thing, right?

Maybe its because I've been working for MS as long as I have, but I don't see any disclaimers, any copyright information, a 'Contact Us' link or anything of the sort on spool.fm's website. FishyInteresting.
