Hello World

As is tradition here is my first post to my blog, basically introducing myself and the intentions of this site.

I am Andy and work as a Support Specialist for Exchange at Microsoft UK, I have done so for a handful of years and as you can imagine see a vast array of Exchange issues, if we didnt we wouldn't be here! The main technologies discussed here will be Exchange 2000 through to Exchange 2007, with E14 mentioned when necessary. The posts will be very ad-hoc and not necessarily have a set frequency or pattern. This is the nature of how supporting a product works, and how I would like to impart any knowledge I learn on the job that could help others!

I hope this helps and provides interesting reading when you need it most.

It should be noted though that my posts here are my experience from working with Exchange, Exchange is a complex product with many factors effecting it. Steps here that applied to me might well not apply to you! Its always best to raise a case with us at Microsoft to be safe!
