Imagine Cup registration and Round 1 submission instructions

The Spring Round 1 submission deadline is February 14, 2012, so get in your project plans!

Here are some instructions for the 10-minute process:

Go to https://imaginecup.us/ and click on “Competitions.”

For this example, I’m going to go with “Software Design.”

Click on “Details.”

Download the “required template.”

Fill out the Project Plan template.  Don’t forget to come up with a Team Name!

Register on the home page.  Come up with a username and password you’ll remember.

“Create Profile.”

“Compete” in your chosen category.

“Create Team” and enter a unique team name.  Make sure your Project Plan Team Name matches this one!

Invite your team members.

Upload required documents and fill out your project name and description by clicking on “Edit.”

Don’t forget to “Save.”  Once you have uploaded your document, you have satisfied Round 1 requirements.  Congratulations!  You’re on your way to changing the world.

One more thing: don’t forget to have your teammates log in and “Accept” your team request, and have fun!
