Insights from the Test Test

Every once in a while, I write a post that gets a comment - my last post (the Test Test) had half a dozen comments, so I know I must be on to something.

I had two mini-revelations reading the comments. The first, from Catherine, was regarding test #5 - "Do Developers value Testers". She asked if the inverse were true (of course it is), and it led to a great post on her end, as well as some thinking on my end how much communication and trust are part of a great team.

The second (I-can't-believe-I-didn't-think-of-it) revelation was from Philk, who first asked what my first team was at MS, then asked how you change the team you're on to a 9, 10, or 11.

I think I have 11 postings I could do...
