We've got your diversity right here

I might be wrong, but it seems that most people still think of Microsoft Dublin as the place where products get localized and that mainly Irish people work here. Neither statement is wrong, but (a) we do an ever-increasing amount of development and (b) it's actually quite diverse.

Consider our little group: Canadians (me!), Americans, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, and Irish. We've even designated French as the second language since over half of us speak or understand it. And instead of playing Xbox 360, foosball has become the team sport. Having never played it at home, I'm surprised how quickly I've become addicted to our lunchtime matchups. Give me another month and I'll be like this ;)
