Windows Azure – RoleEnvironmentException was unhandled

I was going through a rather lengthy tutorial on Windows Azure and ran across an error that just happened to be a typo on my part, but yielded a less than illuminating error:

I mis-typed “DiagnosticsConnectionString” as “DiagnosticConnectionString” without the “s” on the end of “Diagnostics”.  It caused the Azure Development fabric to hurl, and rightly so.  Maybe V.next will have more meaningful errors messages.
